RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
    • Free from damage, stains, or odors.
    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions:
    • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email us at kinetic-energy-fitness@protonmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return or exchange.
  • Photos of the item (if it’s defective or damaged).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

 

Step 2: Await Confirmation

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. 

Do not send any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Step 3: Securely Package Your Return

For the safety of the product and to prevent damage during transit:

  • Use the original packaging or a similar sturdy alternative.
  • Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt.

 

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Safety: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We cannot guarantee refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

 

4. Inspection and Processing

4.1 Inspection Upon Receipt

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Items that fail to meet these conditions may be returned to you, and additional fees may apply.

 
4.2 Processing Timeline

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is completed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be shipped promptly after approval.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing kinetic-energy-fitness@protonmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damage.
  • Your order number.

We will prioritize resolving the issue at no cost to you.

 

6. Fraudulent Returns and Legal Action

To protect the integrity of our products and services, we reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent or abusive return activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Returning items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Falsifying claims about product defects.
  • Failing to comply with the instructions provided for returns or exchanges.
